  • How do I book a soft play package?

    You can book via email, by phone, or through our social media pages. A deposit is required to secure your date.

  • How much is the deposit?

    A £50 deposit, along with half of the booking amount, is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept bank transfers, cash, and PayPal.

  • Do you deliver and set up the soft play equipment?


    Yes! We deliver, set up, and pack down all equipment. Please allow 2 hours before and after your event for this.

  • Can soft play be set up outdoors?

    Yes, but only on dry and flat surfaces. If rain is forecast, the equipment will need to be moved indoors. If outside, you must provide shade or coverage for the equipment to stop it from becoming hot.

  • Is the equipment cleaned?

    Absolutely! We thoroughly clean and sanitise all equipment before and after each hire.
